Kay Ritchie has a wealth of experience in the animal health industry. With 15 years as a registered veterinary nurse and 7 years as account manager for the largest global animal health company, Kay’s in-depth knowledge of both the veterinary and business sides of the industry has allowed her to provide Noble Futures clients with the unrivalled level of service that they have come to rely upon.

Kay’s best advice for a successful career is “Ambition is the first step to success. The second step is action”.

With a network of clients and candidates, Jane has extensive knowledge and understanding of each person or business's specific needs. With previous experience in recruitment and the animal and agricultural industries, Jane brings a wealth of knowledge to the Noble Futures Team.

Recruitment consultant Laura Smith joined the Noble Futures team in 2022.

With a degree in International Equine and Agricultural Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University, Laura's impressive career in Agriculture has covered Sales, Brand Management and Recruitment. Laura's passions lie in the helping candidates get the most out of their careers and making the perfect match of talent with opportunity!

Experienced recruitment consultant Georgie Wilton joined the Noble Futures team in 2022.

From guiding a business through the first stage to the final hire, Georgie works with a true understanding of her clients and their business. Alongside talent sourcing, Georgie has an experienced background and strong passion for the Equine and Pet industries.
