Our January Kick Off is always a moment to pause, to reflect on how far we’ve come, recognise the people who’ve shaped our journey, and set our intentions for the year ahead. This year, one milestone deserved extra-special recognition.
Kay Ritchie has officially marked 8 years with Noble Futures, a journey defined by growth, trust, and an unwavering commitment to doing recruitment the right way.
A Journey of Impact and Progression
Over the past eight years, Kay has supported an incredible number of individuals in developing their careers, while helping businesses across the animal health, veterinary and agricultural sectors build strong, impactful and successful teams.
Beginning her journey as a Recruitment Consultant, Kay quickly became known for her deep sector knowledge, integrity, and genuine care for both candidates and clients. As Noble Futures has grown, so too has Kay’s role within the business.
Over the past 12 months, Kay has progressed as our Strategic Account Manager. Kay works closely with our clients to ensure consistency and quality across every partnership. Internally, she plays a vital role in supporting and developing our recruitment consultants and in helping embed our Gold Standards across the business.
