We are thrilled to announce the latest guest speaker for our Noble Futures Live Career Q&A Events.

Headlining our new lunchtime special event is the fantastic Marc Abraham. Marc will be joining Chris Whatling on Friday the 30th of April at 12 pm for a conversation to discuss and talk through his fantastic veterinary career to date.

Marc Abraham, or ‘Marc the Vet’ as you may have heard of him, is a practicing Veterinary Surgeon, Broadcaster, Author, and Animal Welfare Campaigner. Marc’s career has a wonderful range from his graduation as a Veterinary Surgeon, through to today where alongside his work in the clinic, he is also a frequent guest on TV, Radio, and as an Event Speaker.

Marc is most known for his incredible 10-year campaign with over 300 visits to Westminster, to assist the Government in passing ‘Lucy’s Law’ into English legislation. Lucy’s Law was an impressive change, banning the commercial (for-profit/non-rescue) 3rd party trade in puppies and kittens, thereby making all breeders accountable and providing transparency for prospective puppy/kitten buyers. You can find out more about Marc’s impressive work here.

We really hope this Live Career Q&A will be a brilliant insight into the diverse and wonderful options for your career to grow, both outside and alongside a practice career! We will talk with Marc about what inspired him to pursue work outside the practice, why he chose to keep his clinical career active alongside his other projects, and what skills he felt influenced and supported his career route to today.

Our Q&A box will be open throughout the event to allow you to send your direct questions to Marc and the team, but we also welcome them ahead of the event, so please feel free to get in touch with any questions at [email protected]

Registrations are limited, so we do recommend early booking to secure your space, as due to past fully booked events, we cannot guarantee availability on the day. You can register for this free event now, via zoom here.
