Since it’s first day, Noble Futures has been dedicated to supporting those in the animal and agricultural industries, by matching talent with opportunity. We are committed to supporting our clients and candidate’s growth by sharing insights, building partnerships and understanding recruitment is more than just a CV.

These goals have never changed in the last two decades and with the incredible team we have here at Noble Futures, we have been able to achieve these goals and keep growing them.

Noble Futures has been dedicated to supporting those in the animal and
agricultural related industries by matching talent with opportunity. With 2022 marking the
company’s 20-year anniversary as an industry-leading recruitment specialist, change is afoot as the
company undergoes senior leadership restructuring and a new commercial manager, Bryan Hamilton joins the team.

These changes are being made to allow Noble Futures to scale at pace, while continuing to deliver
the best possible service to both clients and candidates for the next 20 years and beyond.
Tony Noble, founder of Noble Futures and formerly Managing Director, has moved to a CEO position
which will allow him to explore new areas of growth while continuing to drive and lead the company
forward. Sophie Harper has progressed from Operations and Marketing Manager to Operations &
Marketing Director, to ensure the continued smooth operational running of the business and
consistent communication of the company’s message. And Bryan Hamilton has joined the business as
commercial manager, a new role which will see him lead the recruitment team and help them to
continue to deliver on the company’s promise to Place People First.

On the restructuring, Tony comments: “The last few years have seen extraordinary levels of change
within the recruitment industry, with digitisation and a fundamental shift in how people
communicate creating incredible opportunities for both businesses and human talent alike. At Noble
Futures, we are continually investing in and improving our systems and processes to fulfil all our
clients’ needs and, as we understand better than anyone, the right people must be in the right roles
to ensure business success. We have an exceptional team of talented people who care deeply about
what they do and the markets they operate in and these senior management changes will help to
ensure that clients, candidates and our recruitment team alike are fully looked after, with greater
support, faster growth and the further development of international opportunities.”

The Noble Futures team of recruitment consultants are renowned for their professionalism, skill and
dedication and the new commercial manager position will facilitate even greater client and candidate
support within an enhanced support system. As new commercial manager, Bryan Hamilton brings his
extensive experience within the Animal Health industry to the company, having excelled in roles in
the sector from Territory Manager to National Sales Manager over a 35-year period.

During this time, Bryan realised an ambition of studying and qualifying for a certificate in Learning and
Development with the CIPD, an achievement which allowed him to move into a role within L&D
where he could use his skills to coach and develop Sales Teams by identifying gaps in skills and
knowledge and creating realistic and impactful training interventions.

Bryan Hamilton takes on the role of leading and supporting the recruitment team, with a concentrated
focus upon each of the sectors within which Noble Futures operates – Animal Health, Veterinary,
Agricultural and the Equine & Pet industries. On joining the company, he comments “I am truly
excited to be joining Noble Futures. It is a company I have valued and respected when previously
partnering with them to source quality candidates for positions within my previous companies. As
the Animal Health world changes due to greater consumer awareness and pet owner demands,
Noble Futures is perfectly positioned to reflect this change, helping companies to grow with more
business specialist roles within the Veterinary and Agricultural sectors. Noble Futures is 100%
committed to securing the best talent for your business and I look forward to working with this
fantastic team to further help support and develop them as the recruitment company of choice in
the Animal Health, Agriculture, Equine and Pet Industries.”

Sophie Harper, who joined the company in 2019 as Operations and Marketing Manager, stepped into her new role as Operations & Marketing Director in January, in preparation for 2022’s exciting growth and development plans.

“I am thrilled to be a part of Noble Futures at such a pivotal moment in the company’s 20 year history. Since joining the business back in 2019, I have been blown away by the passion and commitment for the animal and agricultural related industries, that is evident in every single member of our team. This amazing passion is what has fuelled Noble Futures for the last 20 years and is sure to stay for the next 20!

As we move to the future and establish and evolve the new senior management team, I am honoured to be a part of this as the newly appointed Operations and Marketing Director. I look forward to working with our new commercial manager Bryan and continuing to support our incredible recruitment team, as they do what they do best, matching talent with the perfect opportunity.”
