Last Wednesday, the team left the offices and headed across to London to start the celebrations for Noble Futures’s 20th anniversary! In a busy few days, the team came together to join in with some incredible training, project planning, plus a little fun to kick start the special celebrations.

During the first day, the team worked hard as we undertook some top up training with Dave Lewis from Enabling Change, who helped to further strengthen and elevate the team’s recruitment and business skills. Then before the day was out, the team was whisked across to Greenwich, as we took to the skies to climb the O2 building!

This fantastic and challenging climb pushed the team as we climbed over 3,100 steps, elevating up the 52 metres that the building stands from ground level.

Whilst taking in the jaw dropping views of the London skyline in the evening, the team took the opportunity to reflect on the challenges, the victories and the successes of not just the last 6 months, but also the last 20 years!

These steps also marked the launch of the team’s very first charity drive for our newly nominated charity, Nature’s SAFE. Over the course of July, the whole team will be virtually walking the distance of Kruger National Park in South Africa.

The reason we chose to complete the distance of this prominent nature reserve, is it is a safe haven for animals like the Rhinos, which are one of the species Nature’s SAFE are committed to keep from extinction. Watch out on our social platforms and here in the clinic, where we hope to raise awareness for some of the animals under threat and share how you can help too!

Thursday, the team all returned to our temporary offices where we gathered to mark the start of a new quarter and new chapters for the business as the time had come to say goodbye to the fantastic Barbara Arndt, as she leaves recruitment after 8 and half great years with Noble Futures, to head on an exciting new venture.

This prestigious landmark in the company’s history also gave us a great opportunity to take stock of some of the incredible achievements made by the team, not just those in the last 12 months but also the last 20 years!

Since it’s first day, Noble Futures has been dedicated to supporting those in the animal and agricultural industries, by matching talent with opportunity. We are committed to supporting our clients and candidate’s growth by sharing insights, building partnerships and understanding recruitment is more than just a CV.

These goals have never changed in the last two decades and with the incredible team we have here at Noble Futures, we have been able to achieve these goals and keep growing them.

To finish off a wonderful day of celebrations, the team threw on their best party wear and headed across to sing and dance with Mamma Mia The Party!

The last few days have been a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our team, our successes, and to get ready for the next 20 years!
