On Tuesday the 17th, we will be hosting an evening answering your questions and discussing the topic ‘Vet Nurses – Your Career Options’ – Many of the discussions about clinical career growth and diversifying at the exhibitions and shows can be directed and focused towards the veterinarians but for this session, we’d like to shine the spotlight on what fantastic career growth options are available to Vet Nurses.
Joining Kay Ritchie and Tony Noble, will be Amber Dunham – now a successful Head of Practical Training with leading veterinary education institution Improve International, but formerly an RVN, Head Veterinary Nurse, Regional Practice Manager plus self-employed consultant. Wednesday the 18th, Barbara Arndt and Tony Noble will be joined by Sara Armitage, Director of Product, Buying and Logistics at CVS to create a panel discussion and live Q&A on ‘Moving in to a Key Account Manager Position’
Across the hour we will look at the impressive evolution of Sara’s own career covering her roles in sales, management and procurement plus discussing and understanding the traditional Key Account Manager role and what its future may look like following COVID19.
The evening will give brilliant insights for both current KAMs and those wishing to move in to the role, as Tony and Barbara will be sharing tips on what an employer looks for when hiring their next KAM and Sara will share the unique and valuable perspective from the customer, of what they look for and want from their Key Account Managers.
