Open during show hours, the Exhibitor Lounge is for the exclusive use of all those with an exhibitor badge and their immediate guests.

Step into our lounge, a carefully crafted space for essential business meetings and confidential chats. Away from the show floor’s commotion, it provides ample seating and a quieter side of the hall, allowing you to have meaningful business conversations that matter.
Rest
This year, we’ve ensured that you can take a quiet five minutes to rest your feet and recharge. The lounge is equipped with plenty of seating, and we’ve got complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks for all exhibitors. It’s the perfect place to catch your breath.
Recharge
Not only will we recharge your devices with more plug sockets and USB points, but we’re also set to recharge you. In 2023, we’re proud to continue to enhance our tea and coffee selection, ensuring you get the finest Nespresso coffee experience. And don’t forget to bring your reusable water beakers; we also have a water station ready for you to refill.
Start Your Day Right
Returning this year is the highly successful and popular Exhibitor Breakfast. On Friday morning, the lounge will serve as your launchpad for a great day ahead. As soon as the hall opens for exhibitors, Noble Futures Exhibitor Lounge will offer a nourishing and restorative breakfast, including delicious pastries, hot bacon rolls, fruit juices, and hot drinks. Served on a first come basis, be sure not to miss out on this delicious breakfast to fuel your Friday!
Exhibitor Sessions – Unlock Success Through People
This year, we’re excited to present a series of Exhibitor Sessions designed exclusively for hiring managers. The central theme is “Success through People,” and our sessions will guide you on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
We’ll discuss how to align your business with the evolving needs of today’s workforce to ensure your organisation is their long-term career choice. There will be two timed sessions available to help make sure you can attend:
Day 1 – 4:10 PM: Success through People – Insights for Le Grand Fromage and all Hiring Managers – we will supply the cheese and wine!
Day 2 – 9 AM: Success through People – Hiring Managers, Wake up and Smell the Coffee! – we will supply the coffee, tea and pastries!

Introducing Nature’s SAFE – A Drinks Reception.
But that’s not all! Please join us as we raise a glass and introduce you to a fantastic charity, Nature’s SAFE, who are joining us in our drinks reception at the Exhibitor Lounge. One of the charity’s founders, Tullis Matson, will join us to present their groundbreaking living tissue and cell preservation science aimed at preventing the extinction of any more animals across the globe.
To celebrate this remarkable charity, we’ll be hosting a drinks reception featuring complimentary fizz, beer, soft drinks, plus an incredible prize draw that you won’t want to miss. Drinks will start serving in the Exhibitor Lounge from 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and is open to all exhibitors and their guests.
