New for London Vet Show 2021 – Career Advice Drop-Ins! 

Would you love a few moments to understand what opportunities your career can have? What potential roles are available, whether you’re continuing in practice or moving into industry? Would you like to know some CV tips and tricks to help your applications stand out from the crowd? 

These are all questions, that the Noble Futures recruitment team will be on hand to answer during your visit to London Vet Show 2021! For so many at the event, the 2 days can be a whirlwind of CPD, talks and visiting stands, so we wanted to make things a little easier for you to plan in if you did want to grab one of our fantastic team for a few questions. 

This year, for the first time ever we will be hosting 3 separate hour-long Career Advice Drop-In sessions, where you can stop by at any point in the hour and speak with one of the team: 

Thursday 11th November: 

1.30pm – 2.30pm

5pm – 6pm

Friday 12th November

2.30pm – 3.30pm 

With nearly 20years of operating as a leading recruiter for the animal health, veterinary, agricultural and equine industries, Noble Futures are a reliable, knowledgable and experienced team, ready to help you and take your career to the next level. During the hour, you can drop by at any point and find the full team on hand, available to all delegates to meet, talk and answer your questions and queries. 

On hand to answer your questions will be: 

Tony Noble – CEO and Managing Director of Noble Futures.

From launching the business nearly 20 years ago, Tony is a wealth of insight and knowledge on the industry and where your career can lead to. Tony’s earlier career included equine, sales and business management and since the launch of Noble Futures, he has helped 1,000s across the industry in finding their next dream career step,  and will be available to support you in all your career queries. 

Barbara Arndt – Recruitment Consultant.

With over 7 years with Noble Futures, Barbara’s experiences in matching candidates with their dream careers are second to none. From an early career in the science industry and HR, plus a large amount of time spent living and working internationally, Barbara’s insight and knowledge has excelled in helping those just moving into the industry all the way through to those in senior management achieve their career goals. 

Kay Ritchie – Recruitment Consultant.

Kay’s passion for the animal health and veterinary industry comes from her early career as a veterinary nurse. Following her impressive career in practice, Kay progressed on to Animal Health sales with some of the industry’s biggest leaders before becoming one of Noble Future’s leading recruitment team. This brilliant career history has allowed Kay to be the perfect partner to so many candidates making that initial move out of practice and beyond.  

Jane Righton – Recruitment Consultant.

Jane’s impressive career includes a huge wealth of experience across the agricultural industries, the army and in recruitment helping people find their next dream role. Since joining Noble Futures, Jane has quickly become a firm favourite go-to for many candidates as a relied resource for support,  knowledge and a confident hand in helping them achieve their career goals. From questions on CVs to what roles are available, Jane will be on hand to answer all your questions. 

Sophie Harper – Operations and Marketing Manager.

Sophie will be available to help any candidates wanting to register with Noble Futures, guiding on how to upload your CV on our instant candidate profile builder and how to get alerts for any potential roles that may be of interest to you. Sophie is also a fantastic resource for understanding some of the key elements in building your network, developing your online profile and strategies for platforms like Linkedin, so even if you’re not ready to change career now, you’ll be perfectly positioned with networks and resources to help your current career flourish and grow.
